Description

ANTI-SEIZE extreme pressure and temperature lubricant and sealant protects metal parts under sustained temperatures up to 2100 F (1150 C).  High quality formula additives prevent galling, seizing, galvanic action, pitting, and thread distortion.  One application assures long-term protection, even in damp atmospheres or corrosive salt conditions.  Resists steam and weathering indoors or out.

Will not wash off...Non-melting.  Protects against rust, corrosion, and freezing.  Will not evaporate, separate, or harden.  Will not fuse to metals.  Reduces torque requirements.  Reduces friction and wear on rubber and metal parts, and all gaskets.  Shortens downtime.  Cuts replacement costs.  Acts as a sealant, reduces friction, and makes tighter, firmer joints possible that open more easily.  Completely non-corrosive and inert to both natural and synthetic rubber.  Reduces rubber deterioration from metal-to-rubber contact.  Gives aluminum high heat resistance.  Protects stainless steel from pitting.  Exceeds Federal Spec. MIL-A-907E.

ANTI-SEIZE IS 3 USEFUL MAINTENANCE COMPOUNDS IN ONE:

1.)   A high temperature, anti-seize compound from -30 F to +2200 F.
2.)   A high temperature, anti-friction bearing and slide lubricant with no known dropping, capable of extreme
       pressure, high-speed capabilities to 350 F and low-speed, high temperature, dry film lubrication to
       1500 F (low RPM bearing applications only).
3.)   A protective coating for highly corrosive service in high-temperature applications from 30 F to +1000 F.

It is well suited for service where water is a problem, is insoluble in polar solvents, but miscible at room temperature with all hydrocarbon solvents.

USES

INDUSTRIAL:  for nuts, valves, flanges, studs, threaded fittings, bushings, manifold surfaces, plugs, valve shafts, valve assemblies, gaskets, bolts, conveyors, gear reducers, transmission shafts, fans, blowers, compressor pumps, turbines, etc.
STATIONARY & MARINE ENGINES:  Valve gauges and gaskets, fuel injectors, air starting valves, compressor gauges and piping, cylinder head gaskets, and stud assemblies.
TRUCK FLEETS:  Cylinder head assemblies, exhaust manifold and turbo charger fittings, torque rod tubes and pins, brake anchor pins, air cylinder assemblies, etc.
