SYSTEM 9 Advance Technology
Hydraulic Oil Treatment with HSE-7 Seal Swellant is a state of the art hydraulic
oil treatment that will enhance the performance characteristics of industrial
hydraulic oils. It will provide the following benefits:
Anti-oxidant agents extend oxidation stability and enhance oxidation protection of oil. *Seal swellant conditions seals and reduces loss of oil through leaky seals.
Reduces static leaks.
Corrosion inhibitors protect against acids, rust and corrosion and aid in corrosion control programs.
Defoaming agents and demulsifiers enhance lubricating qualities of oil.
Equipment operates more smoothly.
Extreme temperature and pressure additives reduce wear, extend life of product and increase greatly the performance of the oil.
Additive package helps to prevent costly hydraulic system failures.
System 9 increases life of a regular 500 hour hydraulic oil to at least 1500 hour oil.
Longer life of oil aids in hazardous waste minimization programs, minimizes inventory, and reduces maintenance man hours.
Improves maintainability and reliability of equipment.
*NOTE: System 9 is not recommended for use in transmissions, power steering, wet brake systems, farm equipment, back hoes, and tractors equipped with universal, multi-purpose, power transmissions. (See other Chemax products for these applications.)
